A New Method of Time Delay Estimation on Narrow Band Constant Envelop Signal with Phase Difference

The frequency of signal from two antennas is very high,so the receiver needs to change it into intermediate frequency and samples it.And then,Time Delay Estimation (TDE) is done to estimate the place of radiant point.A new phase difference between two narrow band signals with Time Difference of Arrival(TDOA) is inducted when a same signal make  frequency conversion to the two signals,and the new phase difference induces TDE false. Because of this problem,a new TDE method for compensating phase difference is proposed.The computer simulation validates that the new method is effective and correct.
