频率无偏估计的有限冲激响应自适应陷波器方法研究

Unbiased Frequency Estimation based on FIR Adaptive Notch Filter

  • 摘要: 针对现有自适应陷波器频率估计方法结构复杂、抗噪性弱、结果有偏的问题,提出频率无偏估计的有限冲激响应自适应陷波器方法。该方法首先以结构较为简单的FIR自适应陷波器为基础,在分析其误差函数性能的基础上,提出频率估计的迭代递推计算式,提升频率估计的收敛性能;其次,对该频率估计迭代递推计算式进行偏差分析,在分析出偏差产生的原因后,对其进行偏差补偿,提高该方法频率估计精度,获得无偏的频率估计结果;最后,对所提方法进行计算分析,验证所提FIR频率估计方法在收敛性、抗噪性和无偏性等方面的有效性。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems that adaptive notch filter(ANF) based frequency estimation method is complex, biased, and unstable under noise condition, a new ANF based unbiased frequency estimation method is proposed. Firstly, based on simple structure of FIR adaptive notch filter, the iterative recursive formula of frequency estimation is proposed to improve the convergence performance after the analysis of error function performance; Secondly, the bias analysis of the iterative recurrence formula of frequency estimation is carried out to confirm the deviation compensation item, which should be useful for obtaining unbiased frequency estimation results. Finally, the proposed method is calculated and analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed FIR frequency estimation method in terms of convergence, anti-noise performance and unbiasedness.
