Abstract:
At present, the forward deception jamming of Orthogonal Frequency-Division Multiplexing(OFDM)-based multi-carrier phase-coded radar is mainly realized by modulation and direct replication. The mode of traditional jamming is simple, the delay time of jamming signal is prolonged, the regularity is strong, and the predictability is high. In this paper, the idea of interrupted-sampling repeater jamming is introduced into multi-carrier phase-coded radar. The jamming effect of OFDM radar signal modulated by pseudo-noise(PN) sequence, P4 code and chaotic binary-phase code(CBPC) are analyzed. Then, In different forms of repeater jamming, the mapping relationship between jamming parameters and jamming effect is obtained. Lifelike false targets can be realized by controlling the amplitude, number and spatial distribution of the multi-carrier phase-coded radar. The studied result shows that interrupted-sampling repeater jamming is not sensetive to code method but can only form single false target; On the contrary,circular-repeater jamming can form the numerous lifelike false targets, and when the sampling duty is small, it can form an approximate suppressing jamming effect on radar system.
