Abstract:
For purpose of studying the nonlinear features of blood oxygen balance dependence(BOLD) signal from resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging, we investigate the application of different nonlinear correlation analysis methods in the process of constructing the brain dynamic feature matrix and the present a determination method for the threshold in the process of building brain network. The results of the dimension reduction and state clustering experiments with fMRI data show that the brain networks constructed with three kinds of nonlinear correlation analysis methods have similar structure and scale. This work can provide foundation for further study of brain dynamics and evolution process of the brain networks.
