Multiple Input Multiple Output UWB Scheme Based on TR-RASK

  • ‍ ‍In this paper, a multiple input multiple output (MIMO) ultra wide band scheme based on time reversal receive antenna shift keying (TR-RASK-UWB) is proposed, which obviously solves the problems of the multiple antenna interference, and multiple path interference in MIMO-UWB system. Firstly, the receive antenna shift keying (RASK) modulation is used to form a spatial beam from the transmit antenna array, and time reversal (TR) technology is used to focus the transmit signal to the target receiving antenna in this scheme, secondly, the bit error rate (BER) expression of the scheme in ultra wide band (UWB) multipath channel is derived theoretically by the maximum received power detection algorithm, and results verified by simulation; finally, the results show that the transmit antenna and the receive antenna are the same, the performance of the proposed scheme is significantly improved compared with MIMO-UWB.
