同步全变分与限制对比度均衡的彩色图像去噪增强方法

A Denoising and Enhancement Method of Color Image through Synchronous Total Variation and Limited Contrast Balance

  • 摘要: 为了更好地实现彩色图像去噪与反差增强的处理,提出一种同步全变分与限制对比度均衡的彩色图像去噪增强方法。首先分析了彩色全变分(CTV)模型存在的问题,并针对这一问题,提出通过引入彩色空间下矢量扩散控制改进该模型,消除阶梯效应。其次,为了避免由于灰度转化带来的信息缺损,给出一种RGB空间下的梯度矢量计算方法。最后构造了限制对比度直方图均衡(CLAHE)的微分模型,将其与改进后的CTV模型融合实现了彩色图像的同步去噪与增强处理。实验结果表明:由于本文方法直接在彩色空间下进行计算,因此可以减少由色彩空间转化带来的信息损失,能够在提高图像的对比度的同时去除噪声,更好地完成彩色图像的去噪与反差增强处理。

     

    Abstract: In order to realize denoising and contrast enhancement for color image, the paper presents a denoising and enhancement method of color image through synchronous total variation and limited contrast balance. Firstly, problem of color total variation model is analysised. To solve this problem, this model is changed to eliminate the step effect by introducing the color space vector diffusion. Secondly, the calculation method of gradient vector in RGB space is proposed to avoid the gray transformation information. Finally, the differential model of contrast limited histogram equalization (CLAHE) is proposed, it is combined with the improved CTV model to implement synchronization of color image denoising and contrast enhancement. The results show that: This method can make calculation directly in the color space, so the information loss could be reduced by the color space conversion. it can improve the image contrast and noise elimination simultaneously to get better result.
