Abstract:
For the multi-cell WiMAX network, the suitable co-channel interference (CCI) model is utilized firstly to solve resource allocation problem which is subject to power and bandwidth constraint. Then, the joint bandwidth and power allocation scheme is proposed based on different resource allocation strategies which are the maximization of the sum capacity of all users, the maximization of the worst user capacity and the minimization of the total power consumption of all users respectively. Simulations results show that the proposed scheme can increase the system capacity and reduce power consumption compared with the convention resource allocation method.
