Abstract:
A modified Wilcoxon detector for dual-mode fusion detection algorithm is presented. Performance of traditional Wilcoxon detector is significantly improved by using the fusion test statistic, which multiplies an extra coefficient to the local statistics. The analytic relation between modified coefficient and false alarming probability is also proposed. Simulation reveals that the detection probability decrease a little while false alarming probability improves sharply. The result also validates the relation of modified coefficient and false alarming probability.
