基于脉内线性调频的雷达脉冲分裂信号分选与参数估计

Deinterleaving and Parameter Estimation Methods of Radar Signal with Pulse Splitting Based on Intra-Pulse Linear Frequency Modulation

  • 摘要: 在非合作接收场景中,对于一些特殊信号,在输出目标数据时会产生脉冲分裂现象,使得无法及时掌握目标真实参数。这是由于脉冲内部的幅度存在起伏,当信号到达接收设备时,同一脉冲幅度高的位置超过了接收设备灵敏度,幅度低的位置未达到灵敏度造成的。针对这一问题,本文以脉内线性调频的雷达信号为例,深入分析了雷达脉冲分裂信号的内在规律,并在此基础上提出了分选与参数估计方法。本方法首先基于脉冲流的到达时间差分(difference of time of arrival, DTOA)、频率(radio frequency, RF)和脉冲宽度(pulse width, PW),利用双向长短时记忆网络(bidirectional long short-term memory,BLSTM),学习信号复杂的内在规律,提取多个参数之间的耦合关系,进而将属于同一目标的分裂脉冲从脉冲流中分选出来;再结合波形设计原理,基于分选后脉冲流的到达时间(time of arrival, TOA)、RF和PW,通过聚类和类间估计结果共享,反演得到雷达信号真实参数。仿真结果表明,本文所提的分选方法对于脉内线性调频的雷达脉冲分裂信号,具有极佳的分选效果;本文的参数估计方法,基于分选后的脉冲流数据,对原始信号斜率、RF、PW和PRI都有理想的估计结果。

     

    Abstract: ‍ ‍In the uncooperative receiving scenario, for some special signals, pulse splitting phenomenon may be observed when output target data, which makes it impossible to obtain the real parameters of the target in time. This is caused by the fluctuation of the amplitude inside the pulse. When the signal reaches the receiving device, the position with high amplitude of the same pulse exceeds the sensitivity of the receiving device, while the position with low amplitude does not reach the sensitivity. To solve this problem, this paper took radar signal with intra-pulse modulation of linear frequency as an example, deeply analyzed the internal law of radar signal with pulse splitting. Based on this, the deinterleaving and parameter estimation methods of radar signal with pulse splitting was proposed. Firstly, based on the difference of time of arrival (DTOA), radio frequency (RF) and pulse width (PW) of pulse stream, the bidirectional long short-term memory (BLSTM) was used to learn the complex internal laws of signals, and extract the coupling relationship between multiple parameters. Then the pulse stream with split pulses was deinterleaved with the trained model. Based on the time of arrival (TOA), RF and PW of the pulse stream after deinterleaving, the real parameters of the radar signal were estimated by clustering and sharing the estimation results between clusters according to the waveform design principle. The simulation results showed that the proposed deinterleaving method has excellent deinterleaving efficiency on the radar pulse splitting signal with linear frequency modulation in the pulse. The parameter estimation method in this paper had ideal estimation results for original signal slope, RF, PW and PRI based on the pulse stream data after deinterleaving.
