基于Jetson TX2的SAR船只目标检测实现

Implementation of SAR Ship Target Detection Based on Jetson TX2

  • 摘要: 深度学习技术在SAR(Synthetic Aperture Radar)船只目标检测领域应用越来越广泛。然而,移动平台(机载/星载)有限的资源限制了基于深度学习的SAR船只目标检测技术应用。为了促进深度学习技术在移动平台的应用,本文开展了基于改进YOLOv2的SAR目标检测算法Jetson TX2嵌入式平台实现研究。设计了基于两个Jetson TX2嵌入式平台的实时SAR船只目标检测系统,通过两个Jetson TX2嵌入式平台协同工作有效提高了系统的处理能力,同时采用了以太网数据传输方式,保证了主机与Jetson TX2嵌入式平台的高速数据交互。

     

    Abstract: Deep learning technology is more and more widely used in the field of SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar) ship target detection. However, the limited resources of mobile platforms (airborne/spaceborne) limit the application of SAR ship target detection technology based on deep learning. In order to promote the application of deep learning technology on mobile platforms, this paper carried out research on the implementation of Jetson TX2 embedded platform based on the improved YOLOv2 SAR target detection algorithm. A real-time SAR ship target detection system based on two Jetson TX2 embedded platforms is designed. The two Jetson TX2 embedded platforms work together to effectively improve the processing capacity of the system. At the same time, the Ethernet data transmission method is adopted to ensure that the host computer and the High-speed data interaction of Jetson TX2 embedded platform.
