车联网极低时延与高可靠通信:现状与展望

Current Situation and Prospect of V2X with Ultra-Reliable and Low-Latency

  • 摘要: 随着第五代移动通信技术的不断发展,智能交通系统的建设已成为智慧城市建设进程中非常重要的环节,车联网又是智能交通系统中必不可少的组成部分。目前全球汽车使用量急剧上升,为提升人们出行体验,实现车、路、人以及基础设施之间的信息交互,需要一个具备高速大带宽以及高可靠低时延的通信(Ultra-Reliable Low-Latency Communication ,URLLC)网络支撑。而目前基于LTE技术的车联网不能满足URLLC的性能需求,因此提升车联网URLLC的性能成为车联网技术研究的重点。本论文回顾了车联网技术标准的发展历程,对URLLC在车联网应用场景的性能需求进行分析,并对提升车联网高可靠性和极低时延的研究方法进行总结。

     

    Abstract: With the development of 5G technology, the Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) has become a very important part in constructing a smart city. Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) network plays an indispensable role in the intelligent transportation system. At present, the use of automobiles is rising sharply all around the world. In order to improve people's experience of traveling, information interaction among vehicles, roads, people, and infrastructure should be realized based on a communication network which could satisfy the Ultra-Reliable Low-Latency Communication (URLLC) requirements. However, the Internet of Vehicles based on the current LTE technology cannot meet the requirements of URLLC. Therefore, improving the reliability and the performance of latency in V2X network has caused much attention. This manuscript reviews the development history of V2X standards,analyzes the requirements of URLLC in the practical scenarios of V2X, and summarizes the methods achieving the ultra-high reliability and extremely low latency in V2X network . In this paper, this manuscript reviews the development history of V2X standards. We then analyzed the requirements of URLLC in the practical scenarios of V2X. Moreover, we summarized the methods achieving the ultra-reliability and low-latency in V2X. Finally, we conclude the current researches on the V2X network and the challenges we face.
