栅格化稀疏重构的风电场杂波抑制方法

Wind Farm Clutter Suppression based on Rasterized Sparse Reconstruction

  • 摘要: 针对风轮机杂波对雷达探测的干扰问题,提出了一种基于栅格化稀疏重构的风轮机杂波抑制方法。本文首先建立了风轮机杂波干扰下的回波信号模型,分析了风轮机杂波和目标回波信号的差异性,并根据差异性构建了基于风轮机杂波特征的过完备字典,利用正交匹配追踪算法(OMP)逐级栅格化更新字典原子,再对杂波信号栅格化稀疏重构,从而实现了对目标和杂波信号的分离,达到了抑制风轮机杂波信号的目的。最后,通过与常规固定字典重构方法的仿真对比,验证了该栅格化字典稀疏重构方法的有效性。

     

    Abstract: This paper studies a method of wind turbine clutter suppression based on rasterized sparse reconstruction, in order to remove the interference problem of wind turbine clutter on radar detection. Firstly, the echo signal model under wind turbine clutter interference is established. Then, according to analyze the difference of Doppler signatures between the wind turbine clutter and the target echo signal, the paper constructs the rasterized over-complete dictionary based on the wind turbine clutter feature. Later, the paper uses the orthogonal matching tracking algorithm (OMP) to update the dictionary based on the best atom which is chosen by OMP algorithm step by step. Therefore, the separation of the target and the clutter signal are realized based on the reconstructed wind farm clutter and the purpose of suppressing the wind turbine clutter is achieved. Finally, simulation results indicate that the method based on rasterized sparse reconstruction is valid and accurate by comparison with conventional fixed dictionary reconstruction method. Moreover, simulation results also indicate that it is suitable for WTC suppression in complex scenarios.
