Abstract:
The feasibility analysis of scatter wave jamming method for space-time adaptive processing(STAP) is proposed. Thanks to the excellent clutter rejection ability and anti-jamming performance of STAP, traditional jamming method hardly produce effective results, while the scatter wave jamming has significant effects for STAP owing to the two dimension vector characteristic of the jamming signals. However, jamming power would come down because of the ground scatter features. The equidistance ring analysis formula of jamming signals and clutter is proposed by considering the ultimate principles and the spatial geometrical layout of scatter wave jamming. The spatial omni-directional echo power mathematical model of all kinds of signals in range cell is put forward. The feasibility analysis is simulated in computer. The simulation results show that the jamming method is feasible and effective.
