Abstract:
The timedelay alignment problem is always an important problem in the multiple antenna synthesis system. A timedelay alignment algorithm based on estimation synthesis was proposed, in order to solve the problem that timedelay alignment performance was poor at the low signaltonoise ratio (SNR) value. By taking the weighted sum of the initial timedelay of all the signals as a fixed reference center and making full use of the correlations of each estimated timedelay differences, the new algorithm improved the timedelay alignment performance. Then we analyzed and compared the performance between the proposed algorithm and the timedelay alignment algorithm based on quasi synthesis reference (TAQSR). The theory and simulation results indicate that the performance is improved gradually with the increase of number of antenna, especially in low SNR. n addition, the new algorithm has better performance than TAQSR.
